The organisation is operated by Awen WeSorc Private Limited, a privately held entity established to deliver governance-first advisory in regulated payment and fintech environments.
RESOLUTES functions as the umbrella identity under which operating frameworks, engagement protocols, and internal reference architectures are developed and governed.
Governance & Leadership
RESOLUTES is led with clear role separation and accountability.
Rishi — Chief Architect
Responsible for the design and stewardship of the Operating Framework, including structural judgement, governance logic, and architectural integrity across engagements.
Upasna — Managing Director
Responsible for organisational governance, institutional alignment, and operational continuity. Ensures that engagements are conducted within defined scope, protocol, and long-term institutional responsibility.
Leadership roles are intentionally distinct to preserve governance discipline and continuity.
Operating Boundaries
RESOLUTES operates strictly in a structuring and advisory capacity.
The organisation does not:
