The diagnostic is designed to:

and determine whether deeper involvement is justified.
The diagnostic may result in:

a recommendation to proceed,

a recommendation to defer,

or a decision not to engage.

Incomplete or unclear submissions may not proceed.
Decision Authority Requirement
